What’s the Difference between an S4 and the S4X Slide-on Camper?
We offer an X-version for all three S-Models; you’ll gain added interior space and a slightly different appearance. The additional cost for the X-version is $2,990.

Is a Tommy Camper S4 the right slide-on camper for me?
Typically, the build starts with ute configuration (Dual Cab, Extra Cab or Single Cab). The configuration will determine the tray length (1850mm, 2100mm or 2400mm), and the tray length will then determine the camper (S4, S6 or S8).
Do I need a Tommy tray?
We build our trays here at Tommy Campers, and believe they’re some of the coolest and strongest on the market. However, our campers don’t only fit on our trays; they also fit on any tray – both genuine OEM and aftermarket trays.
Can I fit a Tommy camper on a tub?
All Tommy Campers are built for trays, so the tub on your ute needs to be replaced with a tray.
How much does a Tommy camper weigh?
Starting from 308kg, combined with a 3 mm-thick aluminium body. Yes, that is a lightweight aluminium slide-on camper!
